Since 1891, the Beverly Historical Society has collected, preserved and interpreted Beverly history. We accomplish those goals through:

• Preservation and interpretation of our three historic sites: Balch House; Hale Farm; and the Cabot House
• Acquisition and conservation of objects and documents related to Beverly history
• Research services for students, teachers, scholars and the public
• Lectures, tours, and community-wide events, including Beverly Homecoming and Trails and Sails
• Collaborative activities with local and regional institutions like Beverly Main Streets and the Essex National Heritage Area.
